Common questions

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → NapCue → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

  • Can I export my data?

    Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Export Data. You'll receive a CSV of all logged activities.

  • How do I add a caregiver?

    Go to Settings → Family → Invite Caregiver and enter their email. Free accounts support 1 invite; Premium supports unlimited.

  • My predictions don't seem accurate yet — is that normal?

    Yes. Predictions typically become meaningful after 3–5 days of consistent logging and reliable within 2 weeks. Keep logging!
